Comparing briefs to opinions

In the United States, most court documents are publicly available, including briefs.

This project is concerned with compareing briefs filed in different cases to the judicial opinions to see what judges find convincing. We could explore rhetorical approaches, lines of argumentation, precedent, or a number of other factors.
